It is engineered for RØDE shotgun microphones and third-party shotgun microphones up to 325mm in length, delivering outstanding protection against wind noise, vibration, and handling interference.

The Blimp attaches directly to any standard boompole using a 3/8-inch thread, making it fully compatible with professional audio setups. For productions that primarily use a boompole, the Universal Blimp Mount (optional) allows removal of the handle for a cleaner, lighter configuration.
